Warranty Information Tips
Order ID: You can find this in your website account's order history.
Product Name: You can find this in your website account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product. Some products come with a watermark showing the model number and/or name of the product.
Return & Exchange: We will accept an exchange within 7 days from the order date. All exchange items must be new, unused and in complete original packaging box. Only a one-time exchange is allowed. Customer is required to top up the price difference if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item. There is no refund if the replacement item is of a lower value than the original item. Please note that return for refund will NOT be accepted.
